Summer Bishil (born June 15 15, 1985) is an American actor best known for playing Margo on The Magicians, a Syfy drama series based on a fantasy that ran from 2015 to current. The Alan Ball movie Towelhead, she portrayed 13-year-old Lebanese American young girl Jasira who experiences a whirlwind of emotions within the context in the context of U.S. invasion in Iraq during the Gulf War. In 2007, she was picked by Variety to be one of their 10 actors they wanted to see. The 2009 movie Crossing Over, in which she portrayed the powerful character Taslima Jhangir she was nominated by the Independent Spirit Award as the leading female in the film. In addition, she has appeared in movies like the Mooz-lum The Last Airbender Pop Star and Under the Silver Lake and was a guest on several role on TV, not to mention playing the co-lead in Lucky 7.
